My Craft Corner’s Crafters Community Fund Application

The My Craft Corner Crafters’ Community Fund provides small grants to craft artisans (individuals or groups) who require monetary assistance to continue or advance their crafting goals. Please read and fill out the application carefully. Incomplete applications, including those containing improper contact information, will not be considered.

The only acceptable forms of application are: (1) the online application, or (2) an application sent to us through the Postal Service (click here to download our written application in PDF format). Please carefully read the following terms and conditions relating to your application for funding from the Crafters Community Fund.

Under no circumstances will My Craft Corner or any of our owners, officers, directors, employees, associates, agents or investors be held liable for any loss, damage or discrepancies due to use of or inability to use the My Craft Corner website including the online application process.

Funding Source 
The Crafters Community Fund (CCF) is a privately funded project regulated by My Craft Corner. The CCF is NOT a non-profit and DOES NOT fall under the legal jurisdiction of not-for-profit organizations. Due to the private nature of this funding, the decisions made regarding the CCF are at the sole discretion of the officers of My Craft Corner. We reserve the right to change our policies regarding the CCF at any time. All changes will be reflected in these Terms and Conditions. All applicants are required to acknowledge that they have read and agree with these Terms and Conditions prior to submitting their application.

Application Documentation
When applying for funding through the CCF, applicants agree to provide an honest representation of the information requested on the application including an honest account of their financial need for said funding. At any time in the decision making process, My Craft Corner reserves the right to ask for substantiating documentation including but not limited to; references, photographs and financial documentation.

Publishing of Applicant’s Information 
Applying to CCF gives My Craft Corner the right to publish general information provided in the application without prior consent of the applicant. My Craft Corner its owners, officers, directors, employees, associates, agents or investors will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or discrepancies due to publication of the applicant’s information, however, at no time will specific personal, financial or other details be revealed without consent of the applicant. Recipients will be required to report the status of their crafting goals in response to a written form provided by My Craft Corner within six months of receiving funding. My Craft Corner extends the right to publish additional information provided in this status update without prior consent. In addition, at the discretion of the My Craft Corner staff, recipients may also be chosen to be the subject of a Featured Community interest story. These stories may be published on the My Craft Corner website and will relate to the CCF experience. These featured recipients will be paid a minimum of $100 after documenting their craft or project for publication including but not limited to; written material, interviews with the My Craft Corner staff and photographs.

Minors
Craft Artisans under 18 years old may apply for funding through the CCF, however, if chosen as a recipient, we will require the consent of a parent or guardian before funds can be released. All other terms apply to minor applicants.

Jurisdiction
My Craft Corner is controlled and operated within the United States of America. Materials and activities on this site, including application for funding, are not available for use in other countries at this time. Persons who access this site from outside of the United States of America do so on their own initiative.
